Usually, our production time is between 2-3 weeks which is already a record time due to which we got level 3 manufacturing award from government of Pakistan and Chamber of Commerce Sialkot. We prefer quality products over rushed products. • Also, if your order has single type of logos such as all the logos are going to be screen printed or all the logos are going to be embroidered etc. Production process will be faster this way as compared to that your product have 2 logos 1 is to be embroidered and 1 screen printed or else (Because one whole process will be additional in production). Similarly, as many different types of logos as many processes it has to go through and that increases turnaround time as well such kind of products usually get done in 3-4 production weeks. 1. Samples have very weird timelines; our production time is usually between 2-3 weeks. (Not for hard and rough items such as Varsity Jackets & Bubble Jackets etc) • Also, if your order has single type of logos such as all the logos are going to be screen printed or all the logos are going to be embroidered etc. Production process will be faster this way as compared to that your product have 2 logos 1 is to be embroidered and 1 screen printed or else. Similarly, as many different types of logos as many processes it has to go through and that increases turnaround time as well such kind of products usually get done in 3-4 production weeks. • Reason of Samples having longer timeline? - Even if its sample or bulk order everything have to go through same process, same procedures in production department *Please refer to Question Number 4 to see* - Samples disturbs bulk orders, as they don’t have proper procedures or supply chain processes so we have to stop bulk and adjust samples in between and for that we have to change machines setting according to samples which causes delays in bigger brands such as Kingsplay Apparel, The Chasers Apparel, The Mindless Thoughts, Hollywood Hideout, Hood Superstar and many others. - We have to set things up for example for screen printing screens have to be done, if its embroidery panels & machine settings have to be changed etc. 

Note: Sample sometime crosses given timelines due to above mentioned details

1. When you send payment. Next working day Payment is picked by relevant person and your account is created in finance department and notification is sent to Production Department that you can start. *Day1*

2. Next day Material sheet is approved by Mr. Usama by production department. *Day2*

3. Once material sheet is approved next day purchasing gets done. (Material sheet includes everything that your order needs such as zippers and fabric etc.) *Day3*

4. Once purchasing done, fabric is soaked under warm water for shrinking processes so the fabric could get shrunk as much as it can. So that we don’t have any inconveniences between cutting processes and printing/embroidery if any. *Day 4&5*

5. Fabric gets dried. (1 day depending on weather climates and stuff) *Day 6*

6. Cutting patterns get done (Cardboard Patterns according to size chart & products if they need to be done otherwise, we always have patterns ready but we need to make one if customers ask for customized sizing.) *Day 7&8*

7. After that, it goes for fabric checking if it’s good for cutting or not. *Day 9*

8. After that, cutting gets done. It takes 2 days for fabric cutting and bundling. *Day 10&11*

9. Once bundling gets done it goes to relevant department for embroidery or printing etc. (Bundles includes that specific cutting panel on which embroidery or printing is to be done) *Day 12*

10. Once it reaches printing/embroidery unit, it takes 2 days in here (it depends on how complex are your stitches for embroidery and how many colours are there for printing) - (If your order is having printing + embroidery then once then it goes to embroidery first and then from there it goes to printing so it doubles the time as both processes have to be done) *Day 13&14*

11. After that, bundles come to stitching department and everything stars getting stitched (Here it takes 2 days as well) *Day 15&16*

12. After stitching get done, it goes for checking department for lose stitching or to check if clipping needs to be done *Day 17 & 18*

13. Hangtags & Necklabels goes for printing purposes so that we could stitch them to your products. *Day 19&20*

14. Once product is checked it goes for ironing. As we always iron product before packing it and then it goes for packing. *Day 20&21*

15. Packing gets done. *Day 22*

16. Gifts are added to shipment box. *Day 23*

17. Next day DHL person take box from us if your dues are clear and nothing to be paid from customer side. *Day 24*

18. Next day, DHL person provide tracking numbers for every shipment and we send them to relevant customer. *Day 25*

To provide customers facilities of starting a brand or running a brand, we have a very low MOQ of 30 and onward. In this era of greediness and hustle, we don’t want our customers to struggle more and earn less. So, the most feasible and good MOQ is 30 according to us which helps both the customer & manufacturer. Customers can have multiple colors & sizes in MOQ such as if you are having 30 you can have 3 different colors product and having different sizes as well such as Red: XS = 2, S = 2 and so on.

Prices depends on following factors: 1. Your design (SOME KIND OF DIGITAL MOCKUP MAKE SURE IT’S A FINAL MOCKUP). For example, how your Tracksuits/Shirt/Hoodie etc will be done and details such as how many pockets or how the shape is etc specifically colorized mock-ups having 100& accurate colors. 2. Your logos placements and sizing for logos. (Must be present on mock-up) 3. How you want your logos to be such as Embroidery, Screen Printing, Rhinestones or Reflective, Embossing, Puff Printing and many different etc. 4. Quantities (Higher the quantity, lower the price and vice versa). *Shipping also depends on quantity so a person cannot give pricing without quantity if he is doing, he must be unprofessional or maybe scamming you or maybe giving over pricing and vice versa* 5. We need shipping address to see how much DHL will charge to destination. Because sometimes it’s a remote area. 6. Which fabric? As different fabrics have different prices as per their nature and GSM. We don't want our customers to pay more for simple design so this information is necessary. If you have any reference pictures of how you want your Product to be done you can share that will help both of us to communicate better

2. How you want your logos to be such as Embroidery, Screen Printing, Rhinestones or Reflective, Embossing, Puff Printing and many different etc.

3. Quantities (Higher the quantity, lower the price and vice versa). *Shipping also depends on quantity I cannot calculate shipping until I have quantity*

4. We need shipping address to see how much DHL will charge to destination.

5. Which fabric? As different fabrics have different prices as per their nature and GSM. If you don’t have mock-up, we can discuss by your reference picture or something and proceed from there.

There are certain things a customer should kept in mind while placing order as a sample.

1. A manufacturer has multiple clients if he is a factory owner, he has bigger brand working with him as well which are very important to your manufacturer. You are also equally important to your manufacturer and its your right to have samples but as and ethical business you must/should order bulk or at least MOQ based order with your manufacturer to show him that you are willing to be a regular customer which increases bond with your manufacturer.

2. Having sample after sample is not a good thing and even, we can’t afford it due to the fact that samples doesn’t have supply chain process, samples are to be adjusted between bulks by stopping them which disturbs the timelines and deadlines which is not a small thing for him Facts about Unyxa International

• We have 1300+ brands working with us right now and we all time have 200+ running orders in production due to which we cannot afford samples all the time.

• Regular customers take sample and then place its bulk after their promos and stuff. Additionally, they do one greater thing that when they place bulk order, they add the next drop sample which saves their extra money on shipping of samples separately and timeline as well. They get sample of next drop with same timeline as of bulk.

Shipping depends on following factors:

• Your products. For example, your Tracksuits/Bubble Jackets/Shirt/Hoodie etc will be having different shipping weights such as tracksuits and bubble jackets have more shipping because they are charged in dimensions of box by DHL

• Please understand the fact that shipping is not charged by us but DHL and its completely not in our control. But yes, as we are Level 3 manufacturers & exporters award holders by Government of Pakistan & Chamber of Commerce Sialkot that’s why we get discounted shipping rates by DHL.

• Quantities (To calculate dimension & weights of product such as 1 tracksuit is calculated 1kg if done in lighter fabrics like Polyester etc and 1.5 kg for heavier fabrics like cotton fleece). How Shipping varies with different products? • T-shirts is very light weight product as compared to other products due to which it can be covered more in quantity but less weights • Bubble is puffy so it takes dimension of box • Hoodies are also weighted product as compared to smaller products such as bra, shorts, shirts etc.

There are several companies such as FedEx, UPS, Skynet, DHL Express & DHL Via service. • DHL is the most reliable and fast among all. It has smooth working processes which facilitates shipper and receiver in many ways. DHL express takes 3-6 working days (Excluding Sundays & National Holidays of Different countries from which airplane has to pass). DHL Via service is a bit slow but cheaper in rate and equally reliable, DHL VIA takes 8-15 days. • FedEx is most expensive and absolutely not reliable in many ways. • UPS is cheapest among these its prices are never fixed and they change on daily basis. Sometimes, boxes get lost, sometimes they delay too much and etc. UPS also takes 6-10 working days. • Skynet is also a VIA service and is reliable as well. Its equal in rates of DHL VIA service. *We only guarantee and recommend DHL among these and in case of any loss of box among other companies Unyxa International will not be responsible*

We do follow types of sizing: • New born babies • Toddlers • Youth • Adults (XS-4XL) • Customized Sizing as well There is absolutely no limit for sizes & colours such as if you are having 30 Shirts (For Example). You can do 3-4 different colours and as many XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL & 4XL.

To be very honest, we are not doing compliment to ourself but literally no other manufacturer has this working style and that’s what make us unique and preferrable. Our working style is: • We always ask for logos from customer. • Then we ask for mock-up from customers – Usually customer send tech-packs and mock-ups from their designers which they hire from fiverr.com (If customer already have mock-ups its greatly appreciated). Even though we usually don’t provide mock-ups services due to huge workload but help customers having it. Otherwise for complicated products we ask customer to have some from professional designers. (Such as Cargo Pants or something) • Then we do order-sheets having all the details for order and ask customer to approve it so that we could forward it to Production Department. • Then we do invoice for Pricing. • After transaction order gets started. (For bulk we provide facility to pay half before and half when done and provide in between videos and pics for running orders)

Yes, we do make customized hangtags & labels for brands but for that MOQ is 30. For example, if you are ordering 30 quantities for your order hangtags & labels are always gift from our side, we don’t charge for that. Also, we always send random product gifts as well with each order from running productions. Machine make 500 at least labels & tags. So, make sure you give us right design and logos and everything because it takes time to make hangtags and neck-labels and we save them for later use if you change hangtags later on it will charge you. I require your website link if any and Instagram brand username for hangtags & labels along with your official brand logo. We always do mock-ups for these and add them to order sheet.

We have following payment methods available in Pakistan. 1. Bank Wire Transfer (For that you have to go to bank physically and ask bank employees to do transactions themselves, don’t do it online and it takes 4 working days for payment to reach here) *BUT THIS IS MOST SECURE WAY AS ITS DIRECTLY LINKED TO COMPANY’S AND GOVERNMENT* 2. Western Union (It takes only 1 day for payment to reach here) *BUT THIS IS MOST SECURE WAY FOR BULK ORDERS* 3. MoneyGram (It takes only 1 day for payment to reach here) – *SECOND MOST USED BY CUSTOMERS* 4. RIA (It also takes 1 day for payment transactions *THIRD MOST USED BY CUSTOMERS* 5. Remitly (It takes only 1 day for payment to reach here) – *ANOTHER VERY SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY*

Actually, there are several issues that we face here. • We have MoneyGram, Western Union, RIA, REMITLY and Bank Wire Transfer as our payment method. MoneyGram and Western Union allow 4-5 Transaction in a month and 2 in a week on ONE payment information. • Our most customer use these two methods frequently for big/bulk order payments. (WESTERN UNION AND MONEYGRAM). Due to huge work load we sometimes get unable to receive payments as counts on a specific information get out of quota due to the fact that customers send payments for samples on MoneyGram & Western Union. • If you are using Western Union or MoneyGram, please keep in mind that you can only send 1 transaction on 1 name at a time (you cannot send partial payments multiple times on 1 name or information otherwise MoneyGram or Western Union’s automated system will block our name while picking the money.) Always ask for new Payment information every 24 hours. • There is no limit on Bank Wire Transfer & RIA. So, that’s why we prefer to have samples payment through RIA etc. • If we get payment of samples through Western Union or MoneyGram then we can't receive big amounts from other regular customers through Western Union and MoneyGram and then we get in loss. That's the only reason we hesitate from getting sample payments by WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM. Because if a season is up, we will be getting minimum of 60-100 pieces / order from our customers and due to restrictions, our regular customers will disturb.

If status isn't updated there could be few following reasons for that. • Few months back DHL headquarters has been shifted to another city and unless they scan the box under any scanner status don't update. • Due to false package or box get destroy due to moving it so status get 1 day delay due to repack. • Flights delay due to weather and climates. • Flight back log due to certain events in countries such as Christmas, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-UlAdha and such events. • Flight misses due to overload in plane or something. • Most common reasons are VIA flights which goes Via Dubai or Via Doha Qatar. Such flight’s tracking get updated late. The reason is that from Sialkot to Doha Qatar or Dubai no shipping status is updated. Once the package has reached the middle interval, the shipping status get updated. Moreover, the shipping status will have a label showing the via destination such as Dubai or Qatar. • The Government of Pakistan only allows to ships 40kgs per box so to manage weight over 40 kgs we have to shift to VIA or VIA Express, which approximately takes 7/13 days or 14 days respectively. You don’t have to be worried if the shipping status doesn’t get updated immediately. We already have sent you the packages, the status just takes time to be renewed.

Actually, there are fabrics which are imported and have very limited shades available. They are imported every season (summer, winter, spring, autumn etc). Fabrics came in bulk according to nature such as if a fabric is warm it will come in bulk during winter similarly thin in summer. • Importers import fabrics and supply them to manufacturers. Manufacturers make Products and sale. Shades are rare which are imported and once they are finished in importers market then Product cannot be done with exact same shade. (This is the reason sometimes in reorders shades varies a bit a very tiny bit) • Similarly, some fabrics are produced here in Pakistan. Which are made by vendors and knitters. Vendors make RED colours in bulk YELLOW in bulk. And then supply. If a colour came on demand such as PARROT GREEN. Then they require a very big quantity of custom colour order which is minimum 200kg with fabric producers. Every manufacturer buy fabric from these and then proceed with orders • Ask for colour charts that we have made for each fabric.

Yes, we do provide samples as well. But not for regular items as these are way too common products and we don’t think customers should waste time on such samples. It saves our time and customers time too. We have to stop bulk productions to manage the samples in between which causes delays and we cannot afford bigger brands delay. • We are not here to prove our legitimacy that we are not scammers or spammers or professionals or not. We have been doing business since 2007 and have been brilliant in our field as you can see customers feedbacks as well. • Moreover, please note that prices for samples includes set-up costs which causes high price and customers also get offended at this factor. Instead, we can do a thing with customers that when an order come other than samples, we always make a piece and approve them from customer before proceeding to bulk. That saves customers and our time as well. • Now, you will have a thought that how we will test the quality? So, it is obvious if many brands are working with us then obviously there are reasons behind that which includes quality and many such factors as well. • If there is anything which Is not regular in production or we think customer should have sample first we ask that customer should have samples first • Regular Products in Production: - Shirts, Shorts, Sweatsuits, Tracksuits, Hoodies, Full Zip Hoodies, Varsity Jackets, Trousers, Sweatshirts, Face Masks, Men Underwear, Leggings, Trucker Hats, Bubble Jackets, Cargo Trousers, Acid Wash *We absolutely don’t do samples on rhinestones or any order in which die have to be done as it’s an expensive item so we don’t do samples on them* - If a customer can afford die cost, we have no issue making it • Non-Regular Products in Production: - Sportswear, MMA Wear, Customized Ladies Suits or any product that we haven’t done before
